Bio - Mr. Walter C. Catlett | P.E. |CSHO Catlett Engineering/Clear Creek Training Walt Catlett possesses over 30 years of experience in urban drainage design and stormwater management, combined with over 30 years of safety experience. He shares his knowledge as an instructor for the following Local Technical Assistance Programs (LTAP); OK LTAP, TxLTAP, NV LTAP and VA LTAP. He serves as the Safety Circuit Rider for the National Center for Rural Road Safety. He manages Virginia’s Safety Circuit Rider Program, which has produced more than fifty-five Road Safety Champions in the past three years. He is the State Director for the Arkansas Concrete Pipe Association. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s Research Advisory Council. He also serves as the State Engineer for the Texas Concrete Products Association. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, PA. Mr. Catlett served in the United States Marine Corps and United States Army Reserves for a combined 30 years.
